"You’re running your store staff too lean. The poor store clerk appeared to be the only person working the afternoon I was there. The store was packed and she was run ragged. I felt so bad for her. You need to hire more workers, people are looking for jobs (I have 2 people in my household actively dropping applications so I know it’s not a shortage of workers). Corporate is taking in more than enough. Treat your employees better and you’ll retain them."
"I brought my Jack Russell Terrier in for his shots and to get him some treats. The staff was super kind and compassionate to both myself and Eddie. I took a taxi to and from, and the nice young lady at the register even got me a chair to sit in while I waited for my taxi. As I am disabled, this meant a lot to me. He even helped me compatible fish, bottom feeders, food and tank supplies including an amazing plant that's growing like crazy only a week later.
