"If I could go less than one star I would. Cheryl and I had talked to Nelson, who seemed nice enough and had made an appointment for 10:30 AM today (5/23/2016) to have him assess some needed electric work, but after waiting a half-hour after the appointment I called and Nelson said "Oh, I was going to get to you sometime after noon." When I pointed out he had made an appointment with us, he said "Well, I have guys out here and there and..." When I reminded him he should have called, he blew off the idea and made it known he had better things to do. Needless to say I canceled the appointment and will NOT advise anyone to go to this two-bit outfit. Be warned. No custumer service skills"

"Horrible! I have to call several times just to get a call back from them. They never answer the phone and don't return messages left. They seemed very bothered to send me the estimate broke down the way I needed and then when I finally get a hold of someone to establish the work, they tell me they can't promise a start date within 45 days. Really bad experience and I will never call them again! Worst in Lincoln City by far."
