"Dr Madarang is wonderful! She is super attentive and open and really wants to help and genuinely cares. She's been so helpful and fast to respond to any concern I have when I write her! This avoids having to go in for appointments etc. when she's not available there are always other great physicians in this office to help. I never feel judged and she wants to get the the bottom of concerns. I love her approach, bedside manner and team. I saw another review and don't feel like she should be judged for front of office staff that I have never had problems with personally! They've always been super helpful!"
"My mother is a patient of Dr. Madarang. During office visits Dr. Madarang has been attentive and compassionate. Unfortunately, the office staff is the face of the business and I have had much less than stellar interactions with the front desk and nursing staff. They are rude and unhelpful. I have been trying to get refills on medications for over a week."
