"During December 2022 I was in the care of PSMMC PT for balance issues. The finding and treatment recommended have been life changing for me. I cannot recommend the staff. Josh my therapist at YMCA office as well as support staff we knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and always encouraging. I have used PSMMC Physical Therapy Department for many years. The care has been consistent. Highly recommend."
"Great experience with speech and occupational therapy here. However, after receiving weekly services from them for a year and a half, they sent my debt to collections without notice. I paid every bill they ever sent me and wasn’t aware of any debt. So I say they screwed up, not me. Why didn’t I get another bill? Why didn’t anyone tell me I owed them anything when I checked in at the front desk EVERY week? And of course, the debt collectors don’t know anything other than the amount owed, so I tried to call Providence’s billing department, but they were supposedly all in a meeting at the same time, so I couldn’t even talk to anyone about it and find out what happened. I’ve had a lot of good experiences with Providence facilities over the years, but they’ve lost my trust over this. It doesn’t look like they reported the debt to the credit bureaus, so I appreciate that, but the fact remains, they never told me I had a debt before sending it to collections, which is just insulting, especially after being in good standing with them for so long. If you go here regularly, make sure you are following up on your account because the billing department may not notify you. I didn’t want to take away too many stars because I really do love the staff here, but this was very frustrating."
