"If I could leave a zero star review, I would. These people are not good at returning or responding to complaints. Not only do they not respond promptly in My Chart where I left a complaint or to my visit, but the NP I dealt with sent me a false statement about my lab results. The lab results I was sent clearly stated that due to improper collection, they could not get a result. The nurse then messaged me to say that it was lab processing problems even though the lab went the extra mile to try and get results. She also had them run a test that was already done less than 2 weeks prior. I’m guessing that they will be me twice for the test even though it was unnecessary. I’m still waiting for a response on the billing. During one of my visits, the nurse had me meet with their dietitian. I was not impressed with her or her knowledge on nutrition. This young lady told me that fiber runs through the blood vessels to clean cholesterol out of the arteries. Fiber goes through the digestive track. Macrophages clean the arteries. This has got to be the worst medical facility that I’ve ever been to."

"I absolutely love bringing my 3 year old son here. They are so nice. They sing little songs while brushing his teeth. They are very gentle and work really well with children. At the end my son gets two tokens to get two prizes. Overall great experience every time we go."

"DENTAL SIDE-Not friendly, actually very judgemental and attempted to turn me away, stating they " no longer take adults who aren't pregnant and that are on Medicaid!" I finally complained to Good Care who instructed them to continue my care due to me having children who frequent their dentistry. Even then, I had to prove my children are in my care, and even now, they draw out appointments without allowing me the appointments I desperately need, and playing the run-around game with me every step of the way, pretending its my insurance. Unfortunately they are the primary dentist (if not the only one) accepting Medicaid! I cannot wait to get a good career and never have to get treated like this again."

"Me and my kids love the care we receive at FMCD! I have never had to wait very long for my appointment, waiting room has some fun things for the kids to do, all the doctors there are very kind and knowledgeable! My hygienist does a great cleaning and is so sweet. When having work done I have always been comfortable, and so have my kids! I definitely recommend them for kids of all ages and adults."

"I arrived right on time and was checked in quickly, and the check-in nurse then called my name within minutes of my sitting down in the waiting room. The nurse who took me back to the treatment room was pleasant and professional, and Dr. Lin came in for my appointment very quickly after she checked my vitals and confirmed my recent meds. Dr. Lin was also kind and professional and answered the questions I had about the new COVID shot, and then she refilled a script that I was almost out of, and by the time I was done with the rest of my appointment with Dr. Lin, my prescription was ready for pick up at the in-house pharmacy. It was a quick and easy appointment that was handled with professionalism. I have zero complaints and appreciate their service."
