"There are other places in Douglas and Lane County to seek physical therapy. This place is extremely disorganized. The front office will get clients confused with other clients, which makes HIPPA violations highly likely. Also the front office will make appointments with clients by leaving messages on machines rather then actually making contact with clients. So when you go and cancel because it doesn't work with your schedule, they blame you , even though you never confirmed the appointment in the first place. I'm writing this review because I believe patients deserve the utmost respect and professionalism when dealing with an injury, this place is untrustworthy and hassle to work with, save your time and go elsewhere."
