"8 beds and they're always full. They're never honest about their capabilities (no peds supplies in the ER though my kid was the patient). At least be up front and tell me you can't help and we need to go somewhere else before wasting 4+ hours."
"An MD there could have killed me. Was treated as if i had no right to be in an ER and dismissed with the wrong diagnosis as a sprayned wrist that they put in an immobilizer when actually what was going on was a mrsa infection inside my hand."
"My husband recently ended up with diabetic keto acidosis. We are so glad that we ended up here. There was literally no wait time. They rushed him back, and were so thorough. Our nurses were so personable, and took such good care of both my husband and I. So just in case they read this, a big thank you to Owen, Tina, Michael and Tara from Braden and Chrissy!! You guys truly are rockstars!!"
"I've been forced by my insurance to see two providers here on three different occasions in order to get referrals to doctors I actually wished to see, and all three visits were a nightmare. On two separate occasions they wanted to prescribe medications for issues they didn't blood test me for, and when my new doctor tested me I did not have those issues when testing was done and was told that taking those medications could have had serious negative impacts on my health had I blindly taken it. The medical assistants I've met have been extremely rude and on top have that have ignored my mails for referrals. They also misdiagnosed my minor son, causing him major health issues. His new doctor knew exactly what was wrong and was able to get him healed up quickly after two years of suffering at PeaceHealth. Do not recommend!"
"I have never been treated by an ER staff with more respect, compassion, and good medical care than I was at Cottage Grove. I live down south and refuse to go to Mercy. I tried CG at the recommendation of my primary care. She was right again! Excellent care! If at all possible, this is where I want to go from now on for hospitalization and ER needs. Thank you from an appreciative patient."
