"Out of the three appointments my fiancé and I set with her, she only showed up to one. The first session was canceled about less an hour before my very first appointment was suppose to start. Not a great way to start counseling, but I gave her benefit of the doubt and rescheduled to try one more time. Somehow the second appointment came and went with no issues. HOWEVER, she never showed for the third appointment, I had to call and tell them that they forgot about us and that we’d sat there for 25 mins waiting for Darlene. She was pleasant, but the way this was handled was unprofessional. Seeking help for your mental health is difficult enough but situations like this only adds to it and makes it even harder to want to seek help."

"Darlene always went above and beyond with her therapy sessions with me and being able to be flexible and help with my disability. If not for her I would have never had been able to have therapy sessions. Can’t find a better professional and person."

"When my therapist parted ways with Stimson I went to my appointment unknowingly of the situation. I did not receive an email from Darlene and when I was greeted at the door she was very rude to me when I was in confusion and trying to understand the situation. She was very passive with me and couldn’t explain to me what was going on and gave me short ended rude answers in a mean manner. I used to love coming to this place however when I was trying to understand what happened to the therapist I’ve created a special bond with she just told me she could “give me a referral for a new one “ and sent me on my way very confused and upset. Very disappointed and I’m glad I’m no longer going to them."
