When I called to reschedule they couldn’t get me in for an entire month, when it was their fault my appointment got cancelled. Didn’t even have a referral to another physical therapist. Whoever is working the phones at the moment clearly has no experience dealing with clients and has no remorse for a full time stay at home mom trying to get some physical care.
