"I was given the wrong model number on an ARRIS modem that I bought on AARIS website. This company is the one that ARRIS had take my money and send me the modem. For over a month I have left messages and emails to have them switch out a cheaper modem that works with my ISP for this one. No response!!!!! DO NOT BUY ON ARRIS WEBSITE IF THIS COMPANY IS INVOLVED!!!!!!"
