"Sadly, I would not use this service. It is not because of the people, they are all very nice. I have had items missing a few times but keep giving it a chance because I want it to work so bad ( would be so convenient!) Today, I was missing half my order and the total amount missing is around $67. I have been on the phone now for over a half hour trying to get a refund. This has been very annoying and has not saved me any time at all. Now, I need to scramble for the week. I do not recommend this service at this location until they get it figured out!"

"This option was great during Covid but the quality of service has declined. There were issues on three different orders in the past months. On one, the price drop on the sticker for sour cream was partially ripped off but still revealed the sale price however the receipt said I paid full price. When I notified Fred Meyer they said I would receive a credit on my card but that never happened. The expiration date was also a few days later. The second time they provided a substitution which I declined but on my final receipt they charged me. In the last order, I bought a bottle of coke. When I went to open it, the seal was broken and the soda flat. I don't know what is going on over there but FM seems to use the pickup option to get rid of their old and almost expired product. This service is no longer worth it for customers."
