U.S. Bank Branch

"Just had a frustrating experience with this branch, sadly. I had made a unique request for a roll of half dollars at the beginning of the week (a special gift for a friend). They said the person in charge of them wasn’t in, but that they’d have them ready for me to come in Friday (today). The day came, and after dropping my kid off at school and beginning the drive over from Albany (with a toddler), I called to confirm they were ready for me. Due to some brief bad weather (cleared up now), they were short staffed. I was out on hold and by the time I was there, they’d come off hold. Nearly 15 minutes. Understandable, no worries, bad weather, but what I was told is that no progress was made on getting the coins ready for me despite a promise earlier in the week. And there was no attempt by the flustered person on the phone today to actually go look for them or help in any way. She told me to come back next week — I’m leaving town tonight, I needed them tonight, that’s why I planned ahead. Really wish this branch could have been more prepared for me, and this wouldn’t have happened. Wasted my time today. Hopefully they can make it right. It’s a bit of a silly request, I admit, but it was important and our patience is running thin with US Bank as a whole. Happy to update the rating if a remedy is made."
