"In March 2022, I was driving west, toward the north Oregon coast, when I fell asleep at the wheel. The Highway Patrolman who found me said, ‘You’re lucky: your car went right, off the road, instead of left, into oncoming traffic.’ The neurosurgeon, who diagnosed severe cervical spine injuries, said ‘You’re lucky. "Element Wellness and Dr. Brooke Bailey have changed my life, and I don't say that lightly. I went through an injury and surgery that left arm dead for over a year. The last thing I wanted was to go to a PT "mill" and exercise one or two muscles (which I could do at home). Dr. Brooke treated my whole body and person. I've been given tools that can treat any area that are stressed or sore. The work is also sustainable; since I've finished treatment I've been able to continue stretching and exercising consistently. She taught me a lot about how to listen to my body and applied treatment that relates to all the parts of me and gave me a lot of tools to continue to do so. I am more limber, have more energy and a stronger core than I have had in 15 years. The whole staff is caring, professional, personal and well organized. Billing is also understandable.
