"Providers are great, but actually getting a hold of the front desk is more of a chore than it should be. You can't just leave a message cause then you're playing phone tag, and if you're like me and have a job where you're not able to be on your phone whenever you want, it can be difficult to get appointments booked. And apparently when someone does feel like answering the phones they want to get an attitude, so schedule with your provider directly!"
