"Justin the Manager of this storage facility has great customer service and greets you with a smile. Justin was very knowledgeable in his expertise."
"Storage facility is nice and reasonably priced. But the real star of the show is Justin. Justin is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He has a great optimistic attitude. I’ve never seen him not smiling or happy. And this includes when he is cleaning and dusting storage units to keep the facility looking spotless. If I still worked in a place where I could offer him a job, I would steal him away."
"100% Justin is the reason I store here. Was looking at a 10'x20', though I wasn't wild about the layout, I dug Justin, just super friendly and personable. After looking around, I just didn't find a facility manager anywhere like him. When I came back the unit I was looking at had just been rented online and he was just super great about the whole deal. Ended up getting a 10'x15' unit with outside access that suited my needs even better. The place is amazing clean, kind of tucked in and safe. 10/10"
"Over the -2 years, I never had any service or security issues. However there are two things that could be of concern. Neither of these were reasons for me “moving out” - I simply no longer needed the storage unit. 1) The road that goes around the building is narrow. If there is already one box truck parked for load/unload and another box truck needs to pass, it is like threading a needle. Nothing that I think the storage company can really do about, but be prepared to ask other tenants to move their vehicles. 2) Rodents. I did not have anything damaged by the rodents; all of my stuff was in sealed plastic bins. However when I “moved out” i did noticed rodent droppings on and around the bins. My unit was an external facing unit, internal units may not have this problem. Again neither of these were reasons for me “moving out”, but possibly somethings people might want to be aware of."
