But, I guess this is happening more and more to all fast food places. The quick cheap fast food place is gone. For just a couple of bucks more you can enjoy a sit down restaurant."

"This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. They are so disorganized. The kid who took our order needs customer service training ASAP. The place was a pigsty! The lady who cleans it just walked around constantly, but never thoroughly wiped the tables or swept the floors. We sat diagonally from a table that was dirty when we got there & was still dirty when we left. It took 25 minutes to receive our food. When it finally came out, it came with a surprise strand of hair. It makes me sad cause there were some really nice workers here who really try their best, but the overall experience was disappointing."
