"The medical and care facilities these days are stretched thin. They do not have the staff to provide proper care for our family and loved ones. We have found that they will push you through the system, doing the minimal amount of care so they can bring in the next patient. I grew up having absolute confidence in my doctors and the medical staff. After seeing how my father was treated after having a stroke last year, and my mother being hospitalized with the flu a few months ago, my confidence has evaporated. The doctors and staff will present their information in a professional manner, and will have you believe there are no other options available. But the advice and options being presented are what is easiest for them and the facility. They do not have the patient's best interest at heart. They are part of an industry that has been forced to push people through the system. But, that doesn’t have to be the case. If you are reading this review, you must be looking for some help for someone you know who doesn’t seem to be getting the care they deserve. Melissa has done an outstanding job making sure my father got the care he needed to help him recover from his stroke. Her experience enables her to speak directly to the staff in a way that they understand. When dealing with an experienced advocate like Melissa, they know they can’t push a patient out the door without doing all they can to make sure the patient is well cared for. She also is very knowledgeable in getting the required medical supplies covered by Medicare. She can help guide the medical staff so that there are no issues with Medicare billing for medical equipment. Melissa is great with the patient, and the family. She is kind, very understanding, knowledgeable and offers solutions when everything seems overwhelming. If you have a need for an advocate, Melissa is a great choice and you will be happy with what she is able to do for you."

"My wife of 52 years had a stroke in February of 2021. It was serious and left her right side paralyzed. She handled all the aspects of running our household.
