"If I could give them a zero for annoying me I would. Eric is absolutely unprofessional. Texting and emailing 20 times telling me my appointment is in an hour. Finally clarify that it isn't for another 7 hours and they say they will stop messaging me and see me at 6pm. Then 11:54 am yet another text saying they will see me at noon. I canceled my appointment. Eric needs to learn how to do his job. And don't say you have no record of me like you did the other guy. If you don't like the reviews you're getting in regards to Eric maybe he shouldn't be there."
