"I do not recommend this company ZoomCare. This morning, I went to their Tanasbourne Clinic (Hillsboro OR) for a 7 am annual wellness exam appointment. I skipped breakfast as I am anticipating some blood draw that requires fasting. Waited outside the clinic til 0720 and the clinic remains closed. No signs or advise that they won't open at 7am. I Called their customer service and was told that the PA will not be coming today and she was surprised that nobody called me. As I was driving back home, a person named Stephanie called to inform me that their provider called out. I asked her why she's only calling me almost 30 minutes past my appointment. This person literally laughed, and stated she is calling from Colorado and is not aware that its way past my appointment time. Very unprofessional. Lost my respect to ZoomCare because of this experience."

"My visit was ok but the whole place was dirty, especially the floor. A thick layer of dust was sitting on everything faucet, shelves, etc.). It's concerning in a facility like that!"

"I went into an urgent care team and was my first time visit. The Tanasbourne team was extremely supportive and took care of me immediately. Within the hour I was already feeling better with their attention to details. Even the prescribed medication was availble within the clinic. Amazing staff Dee and Doctor Hensley!"

"Avoid at all costs!!! I went here for a general check up and discussed my weight due to gaining some weight recently (among other check up items since I was hoping to find a new Dr in the area I just moved to) and the provider decided to code my visit as “weight loss” so NEITHER of my TWO health insurances would cover it. Once it was denied, they just charged my card on file for $335. Originally, I thought it was a coordination of benefits issue so we contacted both insurances and Zoom Care multiple times each just to have them tell us it will take 6-8 weeks to go through properly. Now 5 months after the checkup visit, I am finding out they put in the wrong code for the visit and they say they have nothing they can do about it. I do not write reviews ever but I felt the urge after this annoyance and hope someone can learn from my review to avoid these scammers."
