"UPS tried to cheat me from receiving my life support breathing medicine but thier plan did not work. My pharmacy would not stand for my not getting my medication when UPS says they had delivered it. So the medicine is being emergency shipped. Nice try people matter peoples lives are priority."

"Package was supposed to be delivered Saturday. I’m sitting on my couch when I see UPS drive by and at the same time I receive a text update that my package cannot be delivered because I moved. What???? I get packages at least weekly and often, daily. They didn’t even stop and try to deliver my package. Then today, same scenario, except this time they didn’t even drive by! I happen to be looking out the window and receive another text of 2nd attempt but delivery cannot be completed because I moved. Um no, still here. Do your job and bring me my package. It contains medical items and now customer service says I now have to wait another day for them to attempt delivery again and it’s not even 8am! Already 3 days late. You can’t have the driver make an ACTUAL attempt to deliver???? Customer service says it’s probably a new driver. Ok, but in a little town like this, apparently it takes more training than what this driver got."
