"Not a full service UPS shipping outlet and the owner made it very clear to me that they are Not UPS and they don’t getting paid for taking UPS packages and they refused to give me a receipt for my package I dropped off that would have the tracking number on it. I shipped from here last month and the same girl that was working today gave me a receipt with the tracking number and today with the owner present claims she didn’t give me a receipt with the tracking number last month but she did. The owner of the store was very rude and said I had an attitude problem lol I told him I just want to ship my package and get a tracking number like I did last month and that’s when he went off and said we are Not a UPS store and we don’t get paid for doing that. We do this as a convenience for the public. I told him that I will let UPS know that."
