"I have always had great service at this post office. They are efficient and friendly. I mail packages often."
"Apparently the postman can decide who gets mail and who doesn’t. Have been trying to get mail sent to my in laws for weeks and he keeps returning it to sender even though my name is in the mailbox. How is this not illegal?"
"This post office won't deliver packages to my house claiming my driveway isn't appropriate for the mail delivery truck. My driveway is smoother than most roads in Cottage Grove. I blame this refusal to deliver on poor work ethic and laziness by my designated post lady."
"Delivery of mail is spotty, loose packages frequently, have received open mail, open packages, taken directly from the mail officer and it was open. When I asked what was going on. He smirked and walked away. When I reported it to the post master. He blamed my child. Now, they just don't deliver mail. So I have everything recorded through informed mail. And I am having problems. My friend at a different address had a post officer deliver her $2,000 ring to another address because they were to lazy to make sure the package was at the right address. This office needs to be re-staffed and everyone here needs to find a different occupation. Even the new post master has issues. Seriously. I think a class action lawsuit should straighten this tiny towns struggle for power. You have power, it's delivering mail. Do you job and stop messing with people mail. It's a federal offense. You should know this. The test you have to take goes over all the rules. Someone needs to investigate this branch for fraud..."
"This post office is SO much better than it used to be. Before, they lost my mail. They wrote an incorrect zip code on an overnight envelope that had a due-the-nest-day bill payment in it. Then this overnight envelope got lost. The people who worked here, then, seemed to think they were some kind of superior persons who didn't really have to do anything more than the bare minimum. I dreaded going here to pick up packages. Now, it is much better. The entitled employees all retired or moved on, and the crew they have there now is just fine. The reason the lines seem slow is that their Employment Overlords just won't staff enough for the lines to move quickly. And the delivery drivers? NOT employees, "independent contractors," so they pretty much act any way they like. One of the former delivery persons on my street had whiskey on her breath, one day .... .... and every Christmas Eve they would close early because they, of all the workers in America, WORK SO SO SO SO SO HARD. Entitled little snowflakes. They don't do this anymore, much to my relief."
