"The absolute worst. Nobody answers the phone ever. I ordered a package and the delivery driver was too dumb to find my house even though I had multiple other packages dropped off the same day. Now instead of calling and having me pick it up they sent it back to seller. Very annoying considering it was parts for a customers vehicle.."

"For the last 10 years I've lived in Roseburg my mail/packages rarely show up to my house normally a few days after a neighbor brings over my mail and I always get mail from around my neighborhood. These carriers suck half of them look like they just got out of rehab, sometimes my packages say they got delivered and never did and I check with the neighbors and they don't know either."

"They seriously suck so bad its not even funny anymore. It used to be funny to watch a package shoot all around the state of Oregon like its a balloon losing air but now I won something on eBay and it turns out it was just from 1 hour south of me and was sent the 12th and scheduled to be here the 14th. Remember,..... 1 hour south of me. So 2 days, I guess. Cool, I guess. Lets do that, I guess. Gives the usps ample time to sort out their never ending problems and brjng the item over. Didnt think i was going to win anyway so I'm in no rush. Take your time, fellas. Then as it goes further south an hour, spends half a day processing there and then takes off im thinking okay cool. On the way. Then, as it shoots past my location, (remember, from 1 hour south originally, now 2.) And goes an hour and a half north of me and spends the rest of that day processing there, im wondering what the buck is happening here lol. This cooky ol mail service is losing it. HAHA...... So it takes off from the northern location im thinking coooool, today is the day. Can't wait. As it goes further north allllll the way to the top of the state to be processing there. To now turn around and come 4 hours back to where I am , a day late and still not even be processed by the ROSEBURG POST OFFICE yet lol hell yes boys. Fantastic work. Superb. Just exquisite"

"They left my houseplants in my hot mailbox instead of at my door, even though the box was labeled “live plants.” Then they didn’t mark it as delivered. Half of my order is dead from heat damage and I have to eat the cost."
