"We took a painting that husbands late mother had painted for framing on 3/31/2023. Was told would be ready by 5/1, maybe sooner. We live an hour away. Granted, it would have been better if we had called first. We arrived close to 11a. Told the lady we were there to pick up. We BOTH sensed she was annoyed and defensive that we were interrupting her. Said it would be ready later today. I advised we live an hour away. She went back to “get frame” and said it was still in clamps. NOT apologetic at all. I replied it would be 2 weeks before we get back. She said “things happen”. When I left I said I was disappointed. The price for the frame was $198. SAD!"
