"Unprofessional and was very rude. Made me wait an half hour to yell at me on the phone for it being the day before Christmas and they can't pick it up. I went in there with yellow cab to get what I needed from the Wal-Mart it took me 5 minutes to go in there and get what I needed. Told me to find a ride somewhere else and canceled my ride."
"These drivers are the most sincere and down to earth people. I strongly recommend this cab company . I don’t remember the drivers name but she works the night shift and her husband works the day shift. This driver is the nicest lady, she will make your ride very comfortable. Plus this cab company maintains low pricing, they genuinely care about their customers."
"It seems (9/29) they are busy today. I called and reserved a spot in the queue, and since the dispatch person who answered the phone gave me no indication whatsoever ( except to say ' at least an hour'), I figured after 40ish minutes, I would call for an update. When I explained that it had only been 40 minutes and I was just calling to check in and to check my status, the person on the phone ( who mentioned they were the manager and owner of the company) kept repeating that it hadn't been an hour yet. I said I understood that, and was just getting an update ( which I never got). I became frustrated, and asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was the manager, and refused to tell me his name. I asked if he owned the company and he said 'yes, and I'm not interested in this conversation anymore ' and hung up on me. I will he following up this. It's unfortunate that a long time business owner failed to anticipate the community needs and have all their vehicles in safe running order. I am grateful Yellow Cab helped me out."
