"Our house sold in 5 hours so we were very happy to find a unit. The on-site manager was a plus and it never occurred to us we would be charged a day over the month and instead of charging a daily rate In we were charged for the entire month. So we kept it for another month with a few large items still there. The manager told us she had a friend that would clean it out and sell the items or donate it to Hospice and we assumed she would call to see if we wanted to use his services. We got a message on voice mail that he had cleaned out and taken everything but we had to sweep the unit. One of the items was an 1800’s buffet valued at $2000.00. We were shocked but had no choice but to come back to Newport. Just be sure to make her give you all the details. We were refunded one month we overpaid and without asking for it. Thank you"
