"Didn't deliver on date or time stated. Did not call beforehand as stated."
"On most of my occasions I would have rated this a five-star. However, the bearded blonde attendant was rather patronizing and quite rude. And charged almost double for the same type of load on my previous visits."
"July 4th 2019 afternoon Coos Bay Transfer has a unit 49, dot 635372, which moved along I-5 north bound without a trailer and did not have mudguards; as a result, gravel was thrown out from under the wheels and damaged the windshield"
"3rd day of no show with proper equipment. Wednesday the pickup was scheduled but the company was a complete no show, but did not even call us. (They later told us they had not received the order yet from the lead company Roadrunner) Thursday, we received a phone call from a driver who said he was asked to "check" out the location. He arrived with too big a truck and had no lift-gate or pallet jack. Said a 2nd driver would be coming later in the day. (Manager now says that driver didn't know what he was talking about) Never arrived so I called the local office and was told that it had been rescheduled for Friday. Friday, I called at 11:15 am to confirm that it would be picked up and I was told by the office manager Chris that the driver would be contacted and would call me. I was never called. Near 4 pm I called the office again and was told that the driver was no longer out and had gone home. Was asked to call back on Monday. We are seriously considering cancelling this order altogether and finding a different company. This has been the worst experiences ever with a shipper so far . . . No Communication. Obviously they should never have even bid this job. Update: 9/19/2017. We did finally cancel this shipper on Monday. The manager is now insisting that he received a cancellation on Friday after speaking with me. But of course he did not bother to confirm this with me, even though I had confirmed they were coming only minutes/hours before. At first he blamed Roadrunner for not giving him the information and claimed they cancelled on Thursday. The latest is that he is blaming Uship for canceling and not telling me. His last email to me is most telling: "I didn’t have an obligation to call you because you were not my customer, USHIP should have called you when they cancelled your order. We never engaged in any contract with you. You never paid us money. We owe you nothing." So remember, If you use him through another booking or freight company, you are not his customer and you should always check to see if they will use him. Such an odd concept of customer service."
"I am an interstate mover, and requested local help for a move I had to do. The company sent an exceptional helper named Jim. Reasonably priced, hard working, and on time. Highly recommend this company for the experience I had."
