"My first few pickups from Yellow cab was good. But when it counted and needed to be to the shop to pick up my truck, they failed horribly. On that call, they said they would be there in 2 min (5pm). I get a text message from Yellow Cab saying my my pickup confirmation @10:30am (the next day) was confirmed. I called them, and they said they made a mistake and that driver that was going to pick me up was now on the way to pick up another passenger and the soonest they could have a driver pick me up was in about 25min. Long story short, I was about to pick up my vehicle at around 6pm (shop stayed late for me). I would just make sure before get off the phone, make sure they have the correct pickup time"
