"The best co-working space in Salem. I occasionally purchase a day pass and attend a lot of events that are either hosted by Co.W or held here. There are a lot of different seating options and they have a board room you can reserve a la carte or have included depending on your membership level. They have sound-proof booths for phone or virtual conversations and dedicated desks and private offices for folks who like to be in an office setting on a more regular basis. The building is very secure and has a code to enter with and is always clean and well-maintained. It is also downtown and next to a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops."

"I had the opportunity to work from Co.W last week on the day pass and it was a great experience. I received clear instructions for how to access the space and what to expect the day before. I also received an email the morning I arrived to ensure I was able to access the building (it's locked 24/7) with my e-passkey, and that I was able to access wifi. Great customer service! The space is really inviting- I appreciated the different types of work areas from booths to tables, and casual couches and lounge chairs. Both floors also have a soundproof phone booth for meeting calls needing discretion. Thoughtfully decorated with cool modern touches. I met the owner Kara who was very welcoming and inviting. She was hosting a recurring third Tuesday community social event. All in all a great experience at a fair price for the day! *Photos are only part of the downstairs. There is also a lot more space upstairs and downstairs a kitchen area and a beverage fridge disguised as a coffee table downstairs too!"

"Member from February - April 2023 Flex Space is basically working at a 24hr Starbucks but free coffee, oh and it costs $175/mo. Depending on where you are in the building the WiFi can be spotty. I was doing tax prep and my VPN required an extremely stable connection. I asked the owner if they had avaliable eithernet ports and she didn't know. They also have some sort of throttling on internet use - I needed to reinstall my Linux operating system (8g in size) and was throttled to zero before the download would complete. It was late in the evening and I was the only person in the building. Attempted one networking event. I met two small business owners and at least five that were sales people for large companies or MLMs. I did not attend another. Ended up canceling my membership as I found secure, private office space downtown for $250. I easily make up that $75 dollars in the time saved lugging my laptop and files up and down those stairs (they upcharge for onsite storage). Hopefully things are different now, but it was BYO paperclips at the time. Honestly, one of the only positives is that it's close to the parking garage. It was a fine option for when I was JUST starting out and WFH was not an option, but the value just isn't there overall."

"I was lucky enough to teach a workshop at this BEAUTIFUL co-working space. It was cozy, friendly, and professional. The owner, Kara, has created a space that is warm and welcoming. She herself, adds such an element of delight and charm to the atmosphere. She is gracious, organized, and open to suggestions. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking to host workshops or gatherings where you want to connect and learn in a lovely space! Or, heck, just go there to work alongside other awesome people!"

"I rented a desk at Co.W for several months while I started a new remote position. Working from a dedicated desk at Co.W allowed me to meet some really great people, while allowing me flexibility in the way that I worked. Both floors are bright, open and inviting, and there are so many different spaces to work from. The phone booth upstairs is perfect for private calls, and the conference room is easy to book and a great option if the phone booth is in use or you need a meeting space for a group. There are so many great amenities, from coffee and sparkling water, to access to the printer and super fast wifi. The owners are extremely personable and responsive, and they genuinely care about building community and making Co.W the best that it can be. Kara is always coming up with new activities and ideas to improve members’ experiences, and she caters equally to all membership tiers.
