"Joining Atlas on Hawthorne has been the most amazing decision we've made as a family. We currently have a kiddo in the toddler and infant class and they get to see each other and play during the day. The teachers are so kind and loving, and our kids always come home happy with stories and arts and crafts. Shelia, the site director, has gone above and beyond in supporting us as parents and making sure we're taken care of. We are currently commuting there because we've moved out of the area and tried other day cares but nothing has compared to the love, support, and safe home we've found at Les Petits."

"I have been trying to set up a virtual visit with them for two months. They do not respond to emails, their webpage is a mess, the phone number on pdx waitlist does not work, and they don't return voicemails. I scheduled two virtual visits using their webpage tool and they stood me up for both of them. The folks working at the facility may be lovely, but the administration is absolutely awful at communication. I even wrote emails to the owner and still received no response. I lived in France for two years, and I can tell you that daycare facilities in France are much more responsive and professional than this. Really disappointed that a program with such potential has such an awful administrative staff. The bad experience continues. Not only did their owner write back (after I posted this review) with a bunch of excuses (and no apology), but they automatically subscribed me to their newsletter and will not remove me. Their 'unsubscribe' button does not work and I have tried to email them asking to be removed - and am still getting emails. This is one of the most incompetently run businesses I've dealt with."
