Markham Children's Care Association (MCCA) is a primary school located at Markham Elementary School in Portland, Oregon. Our institution values honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility, and aims to enrich each child's school day experience. Established as a nonprofit member association in 1991, MCCA encourages parent participation and holds two member meetings per year. Our program is licensed by the Oregon Department of Education and all staff are certified in First Aid/CPR and trained in recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect.
