"This was supposed to have been a bouquet of beautiful pink stargazer lillies with a mix of red roses! It was for my son's girlfriend for Valentines Day because he couldn't be home with her. Considering the bouquet cost OVER $100 I expected her to be OVERWHELMED by their beauty upon opening her door. Instead she got 1 red rose and the lillies weren't even open as you can see in the picture.. They had specific instructions on when to deliver (3:30 pm) but she didn't get them until after 7pm and ONLY AFTER I called to find out why they hadn't delivered them yet. The lady said they had attempted to deliver them and called several times. The girlfriend said she had only missed 1 call. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this florist unless you can physically see their products before purchasing. I feel like I was taken advantage of and since they didn't produce what I paid for, should refund my money. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY SENT THIS AS A BOUQUET"

"I contacted Toledo Florist two weeks prior to my wedding after getting the runaround with a florist in Newport. The service and the flowers I received from Toledo Florist was beyond any of my expectations! I was kept in contact with every step of the way and they were so accommodating on our special day. My Bouquet was absolutely stunning along with all the other flowers they provided! I do not see a way to upload any photos, but the flowers were truly spectacular and I can't thank you guys enough!"

"I was relieved by the kind service I received while walking in and ordering a flower arrangement for my Mother (for her surgery, get well soon flowers). Within a half-hour of me walking in they had me walking out with the most beautiful flower arrangement I've seen! I love them they feel like a perfect representation of what I wanted: sunflowers and greens (SPRING!). I will definitely be going back in the future!"
