"I went in to find out how to get a parcel from a locker and was helped by a very rude woman who spoke to me like I was an idiot, and answered my question with an inpatient tone. Not a very nice greeting for a new resident."

"A clerk named Sharon is the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with in my life! She is rude, demeaning and needs to find another job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. The talent postmaster needs to have a serious talk with her. I will not go back to that post office if she is there! That's how bad it is. If you can avoid this post office I suggest you do. They define incompetents and disregard."
