I have had to wait almost an hour multiple times recently just to use an ATM because there will be one single person holding up the line at the teller IN FRONT of the ATM. One of the dumbest ideas I have ever seen if you want to put the ATM there then only allow tellers on the other side"

"I needed some extra information about an automobile loan I payed off a couple of years ago that originated at Umpqua Bank. At around 4 PM there was no waiting to see a teller and Brittany Burke did an outstanding job of getting the information I needed. I have never mentioned a specific person in a review before but feel the quality service I received warrants it."

"These people are only interested in helping you if you have obscene amounts of money or absurd credit scores. They are nice and accommodating right up until they find out you aren't gonna get them a fat commission or some kind of benefit. After that they lie, they obfuscate, and they do whatever they can to get you off the phone. They are not interested in helping, provided good service, or anything but ripping money out of the hands of good people working hard for what they have. Disgusting."
