"They’ve never treated me like just another customer but more like a friend and an important part of the community. Meaning they treat me as if I just made their day by coming in. I won’t bank anywhere else. If that doesn’t convince you, they work hard at meeting your financial goals."

"Terrible customer service. Was on hold on the phone for over 40minutes. Nobody ever answered the phone. So I drive down there, 3 tellers standing there, no customers, so I decided to dial their phone # right there and then, the phone is ringing, you can hear it, and nobody answers it. Was told “ it’s not my job”. I closed every account I had right there and there. So much for local Community Credit Union customer care. Don’t be fooled"

The staff here are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, which is in stark contrast to several other banks in the area.
