"I paid for a uspo box but when I went in to check my mail the key no longer functioned.I have yet to hear the feeble excus from the sweet girl running the window and affairs thereat,but I will not be laughing assuredly..."
"What a nightmare. We have been traveling through the west coast in our motor home for now approximately 3 months. Having things shipped or mailed is not easy when your moving around. We were staying at The Winchester Bay Resort for a week. We had a package sent priority Express (USPS). The man in charge of the Reedsport office was very aware of our time restrictions and the medical importance of this package. It took two weeks before I ever received it. He had it sent back and forth to his store repeatedly. He claims it was JUST a continuous oversight. He made absolutely NO effort in correcting or preventing this mistake his office kept repeating from happening. I called him daily, I tracked the package I did everything except drive back to Reedsport. We were now 4 hours away. He is uncaring, extremely unprofessional and is a disgrace. This experience is simply "UNBELIEVABLE ". If you need something mailed to that location and it's time sensitive, spend the extra money and contact Fedx or UPS."
