"In my opinion, they shouldn't hang signs in their business that they don't plan to follow themselves. There is a list of items that you can legally get back from your vehicle that they have posted next to the desk. I had a hard time getting my credit and debit cards and state ID card back after my accident and I had all my paperwork showing ownership of the vehicle on me. After they kicked my husband off the property when he called the police on them, they locked the door with me still inside. I just got out of a 3 day stay at the hospital (broken hip from the accident) and was still medicated. I had other belongings in the car that could be used to steal my identity and banking info that they refused to return to me. Very poor business ethic. I would rate less stars if I could."
"Today my 5th wheel was moved from Winchester Bay and the driver was excellent, extremely helpful and definitely drove great! Couldn't have been happier with the move, price was right for the job! Good job Mast Bros!"
"I had mechanical problems with my vehicle and was stuck alongside of the road. Called Mast Brothers. Thankfully someone picked up on the second ring. They immediately dispatched a tow truck. The truck and driver promptly showed up. He towed my vehicle to the shop and was gracious enough to take me to a nice location where I could wait for a ride home. Very nice, courteous service."
"Driver took a while to show up. Probably on another call out , was courteous and prompt when he arrived. Quick service foe the fee Overpriced I think. Did not provide receipt for his services.. otherwise he was good at his profession."
