The box was balanced upright in front of my front door in such a way that it could of easily fallen over on it's own, let alone be blown over by a breeze or bumped over by someone passing by. No good Fedex, shame on you"

"This easily is the worst run business I have ever encountered. Three times in two weeks deliveries that were sent to my address were delivered to someplace else unknown. The last "proof of delivery" photo was of a patch of grass; no box of any kind. A sad, sad joke of a service business."

"I’m extremely disappointed in their service. They have had my order sitting in their Sherwood site for two days, every day I get a text saying it’s out for delivery with nothing happening. Still waiting for my delivery, comments are that it’s the weather… No, my package is in Sherwood Oregon, where the weather is just fine. It’s been a real nuisance since I also have a life and I can’t just sit here and wait for them to drop it off in front of my door and walk away. I think they need to keep the lines of communication open with the customer a lot better so you’re that you’re not just sitting here all day waiting for them to not show up."
