"I used their printing and faxing services in Oct. Employee was fantastic. Very professional and helpful. I later rented a mailbox. The first time I went to pick up mail I found they were closed due to water damage. I have only been able to retrieve mail two times in two months after calling, texting and emailing. I don't know where all my forwarded mail is being held. I am missing a bunch of stuff. No one has reached out to me."

"I have been a customer of this establishment with a post mail box for nearly a year and a half and found out that they are now closed because none of my packages this week have been able to be delivered. I now have to figure out how to pick up all of these packages on my own. I do not understand if a postal annex is closing why the people who are having mail delivered here were not notified of this closure. I will not be using this establishment any further and will be requesting a refund of the price I have paid for my post mail box since I cannot count on it being able to accept packages. I am truly disappointed with the level of service from this establishment."

"This location in Sherwood Oregon must have a bunch of lazy worker as it is still no open at 10;30 am when the sign clearly says 10:00 am mon-sat and closed on Sundays. It is Friday and I need to get something printed for the DMV. This just show how are current workforce is mostly useless lazy ingrates that want everything handed to the on a silver plater and have to not work for their own good. From the photo you can clearly see that it is closed"

"These guys are AMAZING !!! I was able to walk in and get my passport pictures done, renewal package rush shipped and get some printer paper all within about 20 minutes !! NO APPOINTMENT at the post office needed... just do your pre docs at home.. and boom !! I live nearby so I literally walked over from neighborhood. This is a great addition to our area !! So needed !! Thanks guys !! I got the new passport within 5 weeks, almost to the day :) These guys continue to DELIVER !! 1 stop... copies, FedEx document ship and grabbed some copy paper... all within minutes from home!!! No need to cross the 99 / Roy Rogers gauntlet."
