"i received a text that said three attempts were made to deliver a valuable package. EXTEREMLY UNLIKELY. We have not left the house for three days due to poor driving conditions. Never use fed ex if possible."

I paid extra ($30) to have a package sent here before getting on a flight to take care of my mom and it is now Wed night and they still haven’t delivered my package. Rude customer support center. Rude drivers. I sat outside for three days and on their site it said the delivery was attempted. Lie. Not a single FedEx driver drove to my apartment, and if they did they would have seen my note on the door. I am so frustrated with FedEx. Terrible company!!!"

"They have no idea or experience to even scan the bar code or print the label, the staff rummaged through several papers and trying for close to 20 minutes said they do no know how to do it. Absolutely pathetic! Try to find an actual FedEx shipping location. Avoid Wallgreens for FedEx shipping."
