"The driver was over an hour late for the job, and so the pump driver charged us additional fee for waiting. Cement splatter ruined siding on the side of the building. The driver used our gravel driveway to clean the equipment, and left a huge blotch of concrete in the driveway. The driver charged us more for the concrete then we were quoted, over $200.00. My next concrete job will be with someone else."
