"I had a book i wanted to send by mail and wanted to send it the cheapest way. The clerk person went out of her way to direct me to the cheapest envelope and recommended the cheapest way to send it by ups. I know the clerk gets paid to do this but it made my day to have someone go out of their way to be so helpful. And the doors into the post office are handicapp friendly which is always a plus for me because i walk with a walker!"
"The staff is amazing, goes out of there way to help you. Most friendliest people in Sheridan. It’s like walking in to your family’s home. The post office is always clean and tidy. The mail carriers are wonderful helpful and so friendly. I give are SHERIDAN Post office 5 stars."
"If you don't have to go through this horrible post office, DON'T! The staff is rude and find upsetting you to be a fun twisted game. Packages are sent to wrong addresses often or just randomly get lost. I consider it a good day when all they have done is open my mail or damaged it. Going in to do simple things like buying stamps or sending a package is an inconvenience for them. Stay away from the old lady upfront with the grey and blonde curly hair, Cruella De Vil is nicer than this woman. Don't bother complaining, myself and many neighbors have already tried, nothing is ever resolved! Do yourself a favor and get a PO Box in Willamina or head out to McMinnville."
