"I walk using a walker so the first thing I notice about a business is their door or doors. Willamina's Post Office's door was nice and lite so, kudos for them for being handicap friendly! I noticed that the post office was nice and clean. I just had a letter that I needed a stamp for so I could mail it. I got in line, there were about 3 people in front of me but the postal worker worked fast and before I knew it, it was my turn. I was greeted by the postal worker and I said hi in return. I said I just need 1 stamp so I a can mail my letter. The postal worker said I can get that for you. So, I licked the stamp and put it onto my envelope and the postal worker said I can mail that for you if you like. I gave the postal worker my letter and said thank you I would appreciate that. If you find yourself in Willamina Oregon and need to mail something take it to the Willamina post office they will take care of your postal needs an provide you with excellent customer service at the same time."
"Employees at this location have always been rude and non helpful. I have to come to the post office to pick up my mail because it can’t be delivered to my mailbox, postman can’t walk to my front door and leave it in my mailbox. On top of that today I went to see if a package was being held and the employee rudely told me to check my front door and if not then it’s was not delivered. They couldn’t at least check to see if it was returned to their office??"
