"Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced with a Post Office. First off, the hours 10:30-2 is ridiculous. It makes it hard for 9-5 working people to get packages. So I take my lunch break and drive all the way back to Netarts to pick up my packages knowing they are there. The two ladies always over look and say no packages when infact they were there. I spoke my mind and was called a idiot when I told her she needed to do better. I pay for this service... it's not cheap. DO BETTER! I'll be talking to the Post Master."
