Unfortunately, the mattress we purchased had a manufacturers defect which showed up within the first month we slept on it. That led us to Hays, who helped us through the process of getting a replacement, quickly and without additional charge. This was exceptional service because we ended up getting a slightly different mattress than our original choice (we were a little cannon shy of that model).
