However they misdelivered my package and said they would deliver it to me. 10 days later I attempted to call the post office to inquire about my packages whereabouts and was ignored. I assumed they were busy and tried again later and was ignored over 5 more times. Do better."

"I have only been in my apt 11 months and have had 3 issues in the last 4 months with delivery of packages. 2 time I was alerted that my package had been delivered only to go to the box to have no package. Spend a long time on hold waiting for an agent. The agent had no information about the package and no resolution. This last week, I was again alerted to a package delivery to my residence box. I went to collect my package. The carrier left a key for a parcel box. I open the parcel box….which was empty. Called the 800 number again. The took a report and was told I would be contacted with information and a resolution to my lost item. Its now been a week and still have no contact, no additional information, and no resolution. Im still waiting for a refund or my package or anyone from the Tillamook post office to contact me about my missing package. Tillamook is a small place and this level of poor service and deception is completely unacceptable from any business let alone the US government and US mail service. YOU MUST DO BETTER!"
