"I find myself stopping at the Starbucks every time I'm passing through."
"I ordered a hot iced coffee and it had no ice. Frankly, if you ask me I say it was better back in the good old days. Taxes were lower, the IRA wasn’t after me, and you could get a hotdog for 1.99 at the barbershop. It was good, and all were happy. Sure, the floors are clean and my phone has more storage, but where’s the sense of customer satisfaction gone? It was Abraham Lincoln himself who said, “The customer is always right.” Bing bong"
