"Will fire employees involved in accidents they did not cause and come up with a ridiculous reason to justify it. Even after going to court and proving innocence, company doesn't care. Hours given were fine, but sometimes you'd be home at 3pm to learn you have to work again at 11pm for a full shift, completely throwing off your sleep cycle. You never know when you will start your next shift! Your sleep will be erratic on a regular basis and very little if working for Northern. Not worth it and the pay is crummy compared to other jobs in the area with regular, predictable hours."
