"I made a driving test appointment at the NW Drivers Ed Salem location, which I ended up canceling within the allotted amount of time for a refund. I called and was directed to voicemail where I left a message about canceling my appointment, as well as wrote an email. I have an email tracker that notifies me when a sent email has been opened, I got a notification that my email was NEVER opened. I attempted to call again to confirm my cancelation and again, I was sent to voicemail and my call was never returned. They clearly don't have the intention of "making good" on their own policies and just take your money. I had to file a chargeback with my bank which is a hassle in itself. Unless you want to be scammed, I advise you stay far away from NW Drivers Ed in Salem."

Very organized and professional. I was a bit hesitant seeing all the negative reviews, but decided to move forward and I’m so glad we did.
