"We signed up our son to learn piano for his first time. He was supposed to be on the music ladder and was left behind. He wasn’t put in the system right away and didn’t have his first test until almost six months later. They switched his teacher and did not inform us. He was put with 3 other teachers that didn’t know where he was in the program and just had him do basic things without helping him improve. He did learn to play a little, but not worth the price."
